Is this general IT support?
No: we handle the network and server because a smart home depends on them. We don't repair computers.
Do I need a new modem?
Rarely. We keep your provider's modem and add a good router or access points where needed.
Where do off-site backups go?
To a cloud service you choose, encrypted before they leave the house: the provider cannot read them.
